James Van Damme is an accomplished Construction Manager with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale construction projects. Currently managing a $50 million Garden Style Apartments project at Tarragon, James has successfully directed all aspects of construction including a Sewer Lift Station. Previously at Chinn Construction, James led a historic renovation project valued at $40 million, managing budget, subcontractor scopes, and documentation using SmartUse software. James's diverse background also includes roles as a Project Engineer and Lead Transportation Coordinator, along with experience as an Associate Attorney and Project Management at Turner Construction on multi-million dollar projects. James holds a JD from the University of Richmond School of Law and degrees in Business Administration and Project Management.
