Bobby Poage is currently the Sr. Director of Operations at Tarkett. They began their manufacturing career as a Process Engineer and developed a solid engineering background over ten years. Bobby acquired Six Sigma skills at GE Plastics, which they leveraged in various management roles, including Site Superintendent and Plant Manager. Their experience includes leading teams across multiple companies such as aeSolutions, Pinova Solution, Kraton Polymers, and NOVA Chemicals. Bobby is passionate about leadership development and enjoys mentoring engineers and young leaders to exceed their own expectations.
