Shawna Senese Lenz is currently the Executive Team Lead Specialty Sales at Target, where they focus on merchandising standards and associate development. Previously, they held positions as Store Manager at Burkes Outlet Store and Store Sales Manager at The Children's Place, with a notable leadership role as Front End Manager at Starcoast Cinemas from 2000 to 2006. Shawna has successfully developed over ten associates into management positions and earned the Gold Excellence Award in Talent Visual Merchandising Operations for the Alabama/Florida outlet district. They hold an Associate's degree in General Studies from Coastal Alabama Community College.
