Miranda Noll is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in risk management, financial oversight, and strategic planning across various industries. They served as the Executive Director of Dakota Child and Family Clinic, where they successfully turned around the organization after severe financial mismanagement, leading to significant growth and community impact. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Target, where they innovate and mature the organization’s risk management capabilities. Additionally, Miranda is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at Coe College, while having previously been a Policy Fellow at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
