Megan Rooney, CSP, has an established career as a safety compliance leader and risk manager, leveraging collaborative problem-solving talents to drive OSHA compliance and reduce injuries and costs. Currently, they serve as a Senior Manager for Safety and OSHA Compliance at Target, where they focus on risk assessment and program development. Megan has also held key roles at IEA, including Project Manager and EHS Division Manager, where they managed safety compliance programs and led teams of environmental health and safety professionals. They are an active member of various safety organizations, including the Retail Industry Leaders Association and the American Society of Safety Professionals. Megan earned a B.A. in Biology from the College of Saint Benedict.
