Mari Mihai is a Lead Product Designer for Design Systems at Target, where they focus on creating meaningful, user-centered experiences. With a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, graduated summa cum laude, Mari has also held various design roles, including as Associate Director of Career Stages for AIGA Minnesota and Senior Interaction Designer at Target. Their design philosophy emphasizes the balance between utility and personality, rooted in a deep curiosity for the intersection of creativity, technology, and communication. In addition to their current position, Mari accepts freelance design projects, showcasing their diverse skill set in branding, interactive, and UX design.
