Kristin Howlett is an experienced people leader dedicated to cultivating a culture of connection, accountability, and curiosity. They have worked at Target in various senior management roles, including Senior Manager of SEM Project Management and Senior Manager of Creative Production Design, from 2022 to 2024. Previously, Kristin served as a Senior Studio Designer at Fast Horse and held designer positions at Periscope and The Edge Gallery, where they were also a co-owner. Kristin is currently pursuing diplomas in Photography and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Graphic Design at Hennepin Technical College.
