Jyoti Gautam is currently a Lead Technical Program Manager at Target, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked at Amazon from 2014 to 2025 in various roles, including Senior Technical Program Manager and Quality Assurance Engineer, where they utilized their skills in Agile Development and Project Management to enhance user experiences. Jyoti began their career as a Software Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent from 2012 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Vellore Institute of Technology in 2012.
