Jenna Louie is currently an Executive Team Lead in Human Resources at Target, where they oversee recruitment and diversity initiatives. They previously interned at The Sunshine Method, handling candidate recruitment and screening. With a background in business management from the Barowsky School of Business at Dominican University of California, Jenna also gained leadership experience through four years of student government in high school. Additionally, they worked as a tutor at Kumon Math and Reading, supporting students in their academic growth.
