Jen Hovan-Brown is currently an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources at Target, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, they gained experience in various positions at Finish Line, including District Sales Manager, and completed internships focused on promotion and marketing at Cumulus Media. Jen attended Southern Connecticut State University, where they pursued studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, and previously studied Public Relations and Advertising at Iona College.
