Jeffrey Frierson Jr. is an experienced Executive Team Leader in Human Resources, currently working at Target where they have held multiple leadership roles since 2021. They have successfully led various initiatives, including the new pilot process for Market 98, which achieved top rankings in Units Per Hour. Prior to Target, Jeffrey gained valuable experience as a Sales Associate and HR at The UPS Store and was the Director of H.O.P.E Dealers Outreach, where they contributed to community service projects. They hold an MBA from American University and a B.S. in Marketing Sales from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
