Haley McKenna is an Executive Team Leader in General Merchandise at Target, where they lead a large team, manage critical store operations, and serve as a district trainer. Previously, they worked at Target as a Beauty Team Leader and Service and Engagement Team Leader, and held roles at Simon Property Group as a Marketing Intern and Sunrise Psychiatric Associates as an Office Assistant. Haley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida Atlantic University and previously attended Broward College and the University of Central Florida.
