Nicole Robles is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in retail operations and brand management. Currently serving as Head of Operations, ANZ at Tapestry since May 2018, Nicole manages operations for prominent global brands including Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman across 48 stores, focusing on digital optimizations and sales growth. Prior roles include National Manager for GUESS? in Australia, where strategic leadership enhanced brand presence and sales, and Business Development Lead for rue21, overseeing the opening of over 200 stores in the mid-Atlantic region. Nicole's earlier experience includes Regional Director for Victoria’s Secret and General Manager for Gap Inc., where Nicole shaped business strategies and operations in diverse markets.
