Keith M. currently serves as the Executive Director of Intellectual Property at Tango Therapeutics since July 2023. Prior to this role, Keith held positions as a Product Development Advisor at Dorothy AI and Activ8 IP from July 2022 to November 2023, and as Co-Founder/Product Development Advisor at Activ8 IP, Inc. between June 2020 and July 2022. Keith also has extensive experience in patent law, having worked as Director of Patent Counsel at Merck from November 2009 to April 2020, and as Senior Patent Counsel at Schering-Plough Research Institute from February 2007 to November 2009. Earlier roles include Patent Counsel at ICOS Corporation and Associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP. Keith began a career in patent examination as Acting Supervisory Patent Examiner at the USPTO from February 1996 to August 2000. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Delaware, where Keith was recognized as a Dean's Scholar.
