Jeff Gerken is a highly qualified and knowledgeable leader in outage planning and scheduling, with over 25 years of experience in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems. They have held key roles, including Engineering Department Master Chief at USS Henry M. Jackson SSBN 730, where they managed over 100 personnel and improved operational efficiencies in a nuclear power plant.
