Jodi Harding is an experienced professional in the field of clinical counseling and social work, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Talbert House since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jodi spent nearly a decade at Lighthouse Youth & Family Services, where positions included Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, as well as Vice President of Clinical Services. Jodi Harding holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
