Susan Beyer has a robust background in talent management, ethics, and compliance, with her experience primarily at Bombardier Transportation and Bombardier Inc. Susan's roles included serving as the Global Performance Management Process Owner, where responsibilities encompassed talent profile design, operations leadership talent pool setup, and performance management process improvement. As an Ethics and Compliance Advisor at Bombardier Inc., Susan developed communications strategies to foster a strong ethics culture. Prior to this, as an HR Business Partner at Bombardier Transportation, Susan supported talent development and managed local professional trainee programs. Currently, as Associate Director Communications, Ethics & Compliance and Business Support at Takeda, Susan collaborates with management to align strategic goals with employee engagement initiatives. Susan holds a Diplom-Kauffrau degree in Business Administration and Intercultural Management from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and has international experience from Högskolan Dalarna.
