Narguiz Birk-Petersen is a multilingual US-qualified international corporate law attorney currently serving as Vice President, Regional General Counsel for Growth and Emerging Markets at Takeda. With extensive experience in both in-house and law firm environments across the United States, Europe, CIS, the Middle East, and Asia, they specialize in general corporate law, pharma law, international mergers and acquisitions, and compliance. Previous roles include Senior Director at Takeda, Legal and Compliance Director at Novo Nordisk, and General Counsel at Eastern Ventures Holdings. Narguiz is pursuing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Wayne State University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
