Erin Teetshorn is the Senior Director and Lead Counsel for R&D Business Development at Takeda, where they provide strategic legal advice on complex collaborations and licensing transactions within the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to this, Erin served as Senior Research & Development Counsel at EMD Serono, supporting various teams across the entire R&D lifecycle. They have also held roles in legal counsel within the Massachusetts State Senate and worked as a corporate attorney specializing in technology licensing and corporate transactions. Erin earned a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and has a B.A. in Anthropology from Luther College.
