Dawn Irish is currently the Head of Talent and Culture at Takeda, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Communications and the Head of Digital Experience at Shire from 2014 to 2016. Dawn also worked at Tufts University between 2009 and 2014, where they held several positions, including Director of Communications & Organizational Effectiveness and Manager of Information Technology Training.
