David Hayday has extensive experience in ethics and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Head of Ethics & Compliance Switzerland at Takeda since February 2011. Previous roles at Takeda include Associate Director, where David developed a global compliance risk assessment process and embedded key compliance controls into business systems. Prior to Takeda, David held positions at Nycomed and Altana Pharma, focusing on financial controlling, auditing of internal controls, and supporting global marketing efforts. David holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
