Michael Pharr is currently the VP of Project Delivery at TAIT, overseeing resource management, planning, and production for various experiential projects. They have served as Chief Operating Officer at Rethink Leisure & Entertainment since 2015, where they managed daily operations, project costs, and budgets. Prior to this, Michael led the estimating team at McGillivray Consulting, where they developed a reputation for reliable cost plans and managed projects for major clients, including Disney and Universal. Michael's extensive experience in themed entertainment encompasses work on iconic projects across the globe, establishing a solid foundation in both operations and project management. They continue to advance their education at the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Central Florida.
