Abhishek Jar is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. In the current role as Director of Human Resources at Table Space since June 2024, Abhishek leads the HR function focusing on the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to retirement. Previous positions include Country Leader at eXp Realty and Vice President of Human Resources at ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP, where responsibilities encompassed talent management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement across multiple regions including India, the EU, the US, and the Philippines. Abhishek's career began in 2002 as an HR Officer at Sykes Enterprises, with a progressive trajectory through various HR leadership roles at reputable organizations such as Black Box, Sunquest Information Systems, and Unisys Global Services India. Abhishek holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Business Management & Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Sri Mangilal Sundar Bai Gotawat Jain College of Arts & Commerce.
