Walt A. Walker, PE, ENV SP, is the Vice President and Equity Practice Leader at TYLin, where they focus on equitable water management and infrastructure program implementation. With 20 years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure and climate resiliency planning, Walt has made significant contributions to engineering and environmental justice. They co-founded and served as Past-Chair of the NY Water Environmental Association’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee and hold various leadership roles in organizations such as WEF, the Global Water Alliance, and Engineers Without Borders USA. Walt has earned both a B.S. and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Rowan University.
