Dominique Leroy is a senior executive serving as a Member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom AG (CEO Europe) since November 2020, responsible for the European segment. They are a Member of the Board of Directors at T-Mobile US and Hellenic Telecommunications Organization, and Chairwoman of T-Mobile Polska, with additional roles as Independent Director at Compagnie de Saint-Gobain and Director at GSMA. Their areas of professional expertise include creating strategic vision, company and digital transformations, portfolio strategy and investment strategy. Prior to these roles, they spent over 30 years in the consumer goods and telecommunications sectors, starting at Unilever as Managing Director for Belgium and Luxembourg, and later serving as CEO of Proximus from January 2014 to September 2019; during 2020 they were an Independent Senior Advisor at Bain & Company. They studied at Solvay Business School from 1982 to 1987.
