Sunil Thuppala has worked in a variety of roles over the past decade. In 2016, they began working as a Business Development Manager at Synup. Prior to that, they were a Business Development Executive at Dimdim from 2010 to 2013, where they were responsible for calling customers who had signed up for a free trial on the website, identifying potential customers using CRM and other filtration methods, and responding to customer queries using Dimdim software. From 2009 to 2010, Sunil worked as a Consumer Sales Executive at Monster.com India Pvt Ltd (Monster Gulf), where they assisted Gulf job seekers in their job search and generated sales for career services such as resume writing, express resume, database access, and recruiting solutions.

Sunil Thuppala attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2000 to 2001 and then attended Loyola Academy from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a BIE in Bipc.
