Rob van Alst has extensive experience in commercial roles, currently serving as the Director for the USA and Canada at Synthon since September 2012, where responsibilities include commercializing Synthon's portfolio and licensing products in North America. Previous roles at Synthon included Senior Account Manager and Business Development, focusing on account management and expanding partnerships across EMEA, the US, and Canada. Prior to Synthon, Rob held positions such as Commercial Manager at Tradeforme BV, overseeing sales and distribution of scooters and E-bikes, and Sales Manager at Technisch Handels en Adviesbureau Swart B.V., enhancing sales performance across multiple industries. Early career included a role as Sales Engineer at JAZO Zevenaar bv, marketing specialty technical products. Rob van Alst holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
