Magda Ascaso Anglés is a Technology and Process Development Director at Synthon, bringing over 20 years of expertise in pharmaceutical product development, with more than 12 years in managerial and leadership roles. Magda has extensive experience in applied research, overseeing processes from preformulation to clinical supply development and technology transfer to manufacturing sites. Previously, Magda served as R&D Manager at Laboratorio Casen Fleet, leading a team in the development of various pharmaceutical dosage forms. Magda holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Development and multiple degrees from the Universitat de Barcelona, including a Master in Business Management for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
