With over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, Simon has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Head of Products at Synpulse8, where they oversee strategic direction and operational execution to deliver technology-driven solutions. Previously, Simon worked as a Software Engineer at Avaloq Evolution AG and as a researcher at prestigious institutions such as ETH Zurich and the University of Dortmund. In addition to their work at Synpulse, Simon co-founded and leads the OpenWealth Association, advocating for open banking standards and practices.
