Sanjeev Jha is the Group CIO and Head of Product Engineering at Synovus Bank, responsible for product engineering across various business lines including Digital Banking and Payments. Previously, they served as Senior Vice President at Truist, where they led the engineering team for real-time payments and enhanced the Zelle platform, achieving significant growth and system reliability. Sanjeev also held positions at IBM and Intel Corporation, where they drove strategic initiatives, cost savings, and process improvements. They earned a degree from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
