Sushil Gupta is a seasoned technology professional with 32 years of experience in management and leadership, particularly in chip design, design methodologies, and EDA product development. Currently, Sushil serves as the Group Director of R&D at Synopsys India since August 2015, following the acquisition of Atrenta. Prior to this role, Sushil held senior positions at various esteemed companies including Duet Technologies, Motorola, Texas Instruments, Cadence Design Systems, and Atrenta. Sushil's expertise encompasses building high-performing teams, project management, and a strong foundation in EDA technologies, alongside a keen understanding of big data, data analytics, and machine learning. Sushil graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in 1985.
