Sudarshan Mallu is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as Senior Director R&D at Synopsys Inc since July 2025. Previously, Sudarshan held the position of Senior Director R&D at Ansys for nearly 15 years, where key contributions included the development and deployment of advanced Electromigration and Clock Jitter analysis solutions for major semiconductor customers, particularly through the RedHawk product suite. Sudarshan also led development and support teams for multiple RedHawk technologies, such as RedHawk-GPS and RedHawk-SC. Prior to Ansys, Sudarshan worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at SoftJin Technologies, contributing to significant projects in FPGA design flows through innovative developments in timing-driven optimization and other core technologies. Educational credentials include an M. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.
