Ping-Lin Yang is an experienced R&D engineer and project leader, currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Synopsys Inc since 2018. They previously held positions at TSMC as an R&D Principal Engineer and at IBM as a Research Intern. Ping-Lin served as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Santa Barbara from 2013 to 2017, and began their academic journey as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at National Tsing Hua University. They earned a PhD from the University of California, Santa Barbara, as well as both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from National Tsing Hua University.
