Minsi Sung is a Staff Engineer at Synopsys, where they develop and maintain large-scale commercial ECAD software, focusing on geometric operations and UI design. Previously, Minsi contributed to electronic CAD software at Ansys as a Senior R&D Engineer and a Research Assistant at The University of British Columbia, where they enhanced efficiency in collision detection algorithms and machine tool simulations. Minsi is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology. They also have experience as a Teaching Assistant in advanced mechanical engineering courses and have held internships at various prestigious organizations.
