Thai Pham has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Technical Support Engineer at Synology since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Laser Operator at Exotic Metals Forming Co LLC from May 2012 to January 2015. Thai also served as a Help Desk Technician at Seattle University School of Law from January 2005 to June 2011. In addition, Thai was a Coordinator/Performer at Long Life Association and Lion Dancing from September 2004 to June 2009. Thai gained experience as a Car Mechanic Assistant at Pham's Complete Auto Repair from June 2007 to June 2008. Furthermore, they contributed as a Volunteer at Legacy House from January 2006 to June 2006.

Thai Pham attended Seattle University from 2004 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. In addition, they obtained the Google IT Support Certificate from Coursera in April 2021.
