SYNLAB Suomi on osa Euroopan suurinta laboratorioyritystä SYNLABia.

SYNLAB tarjoaa Suomessa kattavia ja korkealaatuisia laboratorio- ja kuvantamispalveluita julkisille ja yksityisille terveydenhuollon toimijoille. SYNLABin laboratoriot on sertifioitu ja akkreditoitu kansainvälisten ja EU:n laatustandardien mukaisesti (EAK, EA, ILAC, IAF) samoin periaattein kuin FINAS Suomessa. SYNLABin laboratoriot ovat ISO15189-standardin mukaisia testilaboratorioita.

SYNLAB-konsernin palveluksessa on noin 40 000 työntekijää. Toimimme tällä hetkellä n. 30 maassa neljässä maanosassa. Vuotuinen tutkimusmäärämme on noin 400 miljoonaa testiä. Valikoimamme kattaa noin 5000 tutkimusnimikettä ja tämän lisäksi kehitämme vuosittain jopa 100 uutta tutkimusta yhteistyössä yliopistojen ja tutkimusryhmien kanssa, mukaan lukien yrityksen ylläpitämä SYNLAB Academy.

Technology Management

The Laboratory and Research Team at SYNLAB Suomi is responsible for conducting a wide array of medical and diagnostic tests, supporting clinical research, and developing new testing methods. Comprising chemists, laboratory specialists, radiographers, and other technicians, the team ensures the highest standards of quality and accuracy in laboratory results in accordance with international and EU standards. They also collaborate with universities and research groups to innovate and enhance testing capabilities.

Laboratory and Research Team

The Healthcare Team at SYNLAB Suomi ensures the efficient operation of medical services, providing high-quality laboratory and imaging support. Team members include a Ward Secretary who manages administrative tasks, a Sairaanhoitaja (Nurse) who delivers patient care, a Clinic Receptionist responsible for patient interactions, a Lääketieteellinen Johtaja (Medical Director) overseeing medical standards and protocols, and a Kuvantamisen Asiantuntija - Prosessivastaava Potilastietojärjestelmät who specializes in imaging and patient information systems. Together, they uphold SYNLAB's commitment to excellence in healthcare services.

The Production and Service Management team at SYNLAB Suomi oversees the operational efficiency and service delivery of the company's comprehensive laboratory and imaging services. This team ensures that all laboratory processes meet international accreditation standards and coordinates with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality and timely diagnostic results. They are responsible for maintaining seamless production workflows and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service management.
