Kenneth Cordero has extensive experience in network support and operations, currently serving in SASE Network Infrastructure Operations at Syniverse since March 2015. Prior to this role, Kenneth worked at IBM as a Cloud Computing Network Support specialist from April 2014 to March 2015. Kenneth also held positions at Cisco TAC from November 2008 to April 2014, initially as a Cisco Support Engineer and subsequently as a Technical Leader, managing a team of approximately 11 engineers and providing advanced troubleshooting for various routing protocols. Earlier in the career, Kenneth gained customer service experience at Motorola from January 2007 to November 2008, assisting customers with mobile device issues. Kenneth holds Cisco certifications obtained from Cisco Systems between 2009 and 2013 and completed education at Santa Maria de Guadalupe High School.
