Wendy Bilham is an entrepreneurial and strategic business leader with extensive experience in global healthcare operations within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO sectors. Wendy started their career as a Medical Research Specialist at Serono S.A. and later took on various leadership roles including Senior Clinical Project Manager and Associate Director Early Phase Trials. They served as Global Head of Clinical FSP at IQVIA from 2020 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Managing Director, R&D Advisory at Syneos Health Consulting. Wendy earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Microbiology from The University of Dundee between 1979 and 1983.
