Justin Cooper is an experienced business development leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Business Development, FSP Strategy at Syneos Health since 2025. Previously, Justin held multiple roles at QuintilesIMS, including Director of Clinical Development Services and Associate Director of Business Development. Justin has also served as Senior Director of Business Development at Ora, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Justin worked with Michelin as a Territory Merchandising Representative and Marketing Intelligence Manager, and contributed to various roles at DOCS, Experian, and R L Polk.
