Risa Whitehead is a finance professional currently participating in the Business Leadership Program (BLP) at Synchrony, where Risa has held multiple roles including Finance - Platform Support, Finance - Technology, and Digital Finance - FP&A since March 2023. Prior to this, Risa worked as a Customer Solutions Intern at Synchrony, focusing on process improvement within the Mail Handling and Customer Acknowledgment team. Risa holds a Master's degree in Finance from Bentley University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics-Finance from the same institution. Risa's experience also includes serving as a Resident Assistant at Bentley University, where skills in time management and leadership were utilized to foster an inclusive community for over 450 residents. Additionally, Risa contributed as Vice President of Pledge Education for Delta Sigma Pi and gained practical experience in previous roles at Southwest Raft and Jeep, Smiley Cafe, and ROLL E-Bike.
