Gayle Martino, MHRM, is a dynamic Human Resources Leader currently serving as the VP of Human Resources for Technology & Operations at Synchrony. Previously, Gayle held roles at GE Capital, including Senior Human Resource Manager, and at PerkinElmer as an HR Coordinator. From 2016 to 2020, Gayle was the VP of Human Resources for Synchrony's HUB HR and also acted as an HR Business Partner for various sectors.
