Alison Moore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as VP of Learning & Development Systems at Synchrony since May 2015. In this role, Alison oversees multiple HR platforms, including Workday Learning and Workhuman, while managing relationships with over 50 HR vendors. Previous positions include AVP of Learning & Development, where Alison successfully migrated an LMS from SumTotal to Cornerstone six weeks ahead of schedule and integrated external suppliers into the LMS. Prior to joining Synchrony, Alison held various roles at GP Strategies Corporation, Training and Education Associates, Inc., and Charitable Leadership Foundation, showcasing a strong background in process improvement and training program development. Alison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
