Rand Bleimeister is a business consulting and services professional who has spent decades at the intersection of technology, marketing, and content distribution. They founded FirstLook Inc., an online entertainment portal, and have been the President of Starwin Consulting since 2002, providing interim executive management and marketing leadership for multiple clients and ventures. They own and operate Sylvan Learning Centers in the Los Angeles area as Executive Director and Owner since 2014, presently winding down an eight-year stint in the educational tutoring industry. They co-founded Deliver The Crowd, LLC and MediaBlue Nox, and have held full P&L responsibility for two tech start-ups, FirstLook and MediaBlue Nox, as well as divisional P&Ls at Virgin Interactive and Nelson Entertainment.
