Hazel Sipahi has over two decades of experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. Starting as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals from December 2001 to February 2005, Sipahi then advanced to a similar role at Bayer from February 2005 to August 2007. Sipahi continued professional growth at Lundbeck, serving as Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Manager from August 2007 to April 2014, and later as Senior Manager in the same field from May 2014 to December 2025. Currently, Hazel Sipahi holds the position of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Manager at Swixx BioPharma since December 2025.
