Derrick Ngor currently serves as the Head of Compliance, Risk, and MLRO at Swissquote in Singapore since March 2025 and has extensive experience in compliance and financial crime advisory roles across multiple financial institutions. Prior roles include Director of APAC FCC Client Identification and Director of APAC Financial Crime Advisory (KYC) at Credit Suisse from October 2013 to December 2018, as well as positions at Citi, ADSS, Saxo Institutional, and Saxo Markets Singapore. Derrick also held the role of Group Head of Compliance at JMC Capital Group Limited from March 2023 to March 2025 and serves as an Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at Enigmatig in the United States. Derrick holds a Second Upper Class Honours degree in Banking & Finance from Nanyang Technological University and a distinction in Compliance & Anti Money Laundering from the University of Manchester - Manchester Business School.
