Stefan Gal is a seasoned professional currently serving on the board and as a member of the management team at Impact by AGON, where they focus on integrating political expertise with societal engagement and creative event competence. They held various leadership positions at Swisscom, including Co-Lead for Distribution Process Experience and DE&I Manager, where they successfully developed and implemented DE&I strategies and led significant process improvements. Previously, Stefan worked at Die Mobiliar and DV Bern AG in managerial roles, bringing a systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving and fostering a culture of feedback and mentorship. Currently pursuing a degree in Diversity & Inclusion at Uni St. Gallen, Stefan's educational background also includes several certifications in Human Resources and Leadership.
