Lize-Mari Barnes is the General Manager of Luxembourg and Global CFO for P&C Reinsurance at Swiss Re, where they have held multiple leadership roles, including CFO for both EMEA and South Africa. They previously worked as an auditor at PwC, focusing on financial services companies. Lize-Mari holds an Honours degree in Accounting from the University of Pretoria, earned between 1999 and 2002.
