Annemarie Pearson de Andrés, PhD, is a senior technical writer and editor at Swinerton, where they utilize their expertise in storytelling to enhance marketing communications for construction projects. With a rich background as a professor in Communication, English, and Rhetoric, they possess a unique ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences. Previously, Annemarie served as the Director of the Writing and Communication Lab at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, fostering effective communication among students. Additionally, they have experience as an interpreter and educator across various institutions, emphasizing language accessibility and cultural understanding. Annemarie is currently pursuing a PhD and an MFA from the University of Iowa.
