Mélanie Gaultier is a skilled Head of FP&A with expertise in business planning, performance management, investor reporting, and financial tool transformation. They began their career at Ernst & Young as a Chef de Mission Audit from 2007 to 2013, before taking on the role of Responsable Contrôle de Gestion Groupe at ADVINI from 2013 to 2019. Currently, Mélanie serves as the Head of Controlling & Accounting at Swile, overseeing significant growth in the company. They hold a Master’s degree in Audit Expertise from Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Pau, earned between 2004 and 2007.
