Jini Pancholi is a people-first, business-driven HR leader with over 8 years of experience in high-velocity environments. Currently serving as the Senior Manager HRBP for West Zone at Swiggy, Jini has also held positions at Amazon as a Workforce Management Lead. Previously, they worked as an HR Executive and Welfare Officer at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages and completed internships at both Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages and Peoples Training and Research Centre. Jini holds a Bachelor of Commerce from New LJ Commerce College and a Master's in Labour Welfare from the School of Social Sciences, where they graduated with a gold medal.
